4. Data hosting
All data is hosted on servers in the European Union.
5. AI processing
Messages sent to the Vision AI assistant may be processed to generate answers. Do not include personal or confidential data in AI requests.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and optional analytics cookies. Forum preferences are managed here; homepage and OWUI preferences are managed separately.
8. Data retention
Account data is retained until deletion. Forum posts are retained for community value but can be anonymized on request.
